Should Samsung honour a "free promotional gift" if it's advertised? (Even if it's a mistake)

Wasn't sure how to word the title of this post but basically I have purchased a Z Fold 3 via Samsung's Unidays portal. On the product listing it clearly advertises that you are entitled to a free starter pack and also a free set of Galaxy Buds Pro "when you purchase this device"

I have purchased the device then went to look at the terms and conditions to claim the free buds and under the promo t&C's it states that the offer is only for the S21 range.

Should Samsung honour this as it's clearly advertised on the Z Fold 3 page for when you buy it? I enquired about it via live chat and all they said was it is their mistake.

Genuine error and they don't have to offer it I think, particularly as the linked site is clear it is only with the S21. Looks like a mistake. You should be able to return the order I think though as they can't offer what you expected.

Still a good deal even without the expected freebie. But thought I might have been able to talk them into honouring it as well for an additional bonus

I'm assuming you did get the starter kit which it clearly shows as being provided with the Z Fold3.  The earbuds is ambiguous at first reading, but if you follow the link, it is to the S21.  In answer to your question, there is no legal requirement for them to provide you with the ear buds.  T&C are linked to in the ad, and that as said above clearly says the S21.

Really, the only mistake is not reading all the T&C and making an assumption.
