British Gas still take service plan money but wouldn't book annual service due to covid-19
I have a service plan with British Gas for a yearly boiler service. Last year for obvious reasons I was unable to book such Service however they still take the monthly Direct debit I signed up for, Am now coming up to what should have been the next yearly service to which I have still been paying the direct debit.
So basically i have been paying for 2 services on my boiler but only getting one Should there be some kind of refund.???

Yes - speak to them. I'm aware of others in your position that have been refunded £65 for not having the service.2

Good to know... because of delays in getting a service appointment, I've gone an entire year on my service contract without an appointment - I will certainly be claiming my £65!Aylesbury_Duck said:Yes - speak to them.
