Since being offered return to reduced hours working in a new job, only 20 hours per week rather than 40.
So 18k p.a. down to  8-9 k p.a. approx.

As  I reached almost 20K in new cards this years, post dmp+redundancy.
Best I keep one or two cards.
Does it mater if I close a few of them at once,  my rating is going to reduce anyway either way.

But as I'm sure your aware your rating is largely irrelevant, if you don't 'need' the cards close them.

started with one of two rbs cards today, cancelled.
Interesting as they are advising up to 3 cards possible.

Combining both 3.6k limits is an option from tomorrow, though I went ahead and closed 18.9  apr card which means i hold 9% card with 6 or 7.9 transfers.

one card closed one open 0% 20mths purchases and transfers made in 3 mths.
All via rbs though latest is 4.85 k rather than yesterdays 3.6k
