Scammed and got no help

Hi all sorry if it's in the wrong place and sorry for my grammar mistakes I have dyslexia..😁

Right  story gose like this I was looking to invest my money into bitcoin as I not long lost my job and had a £1000 saved up. So I thought I'd try and double my money by investing it. I joined a well known discord channel for crypto advice. Upon joining I didn't know there was a scammer group sat in the side lines waiting to catch people who was new. Upon me joining I got invited to Abitrage trading channel which I thought was part of the discord channel I already joined. So I joined a ask for advice on how they was making there profits. He told me that how it works is you buy BTC from binance then transfer it to bikkex.com and here you will sell it for a profit once you have sold it there you will get USDT then you transfer it back to binance to buy BTC again.. I thought that was good and easy way. So I bought the btc and transfer to bikkex.com sold it on there got the usdt.. and when I came to transfer it back to binance I was having trouble. So I contacted the man on the discord by private message telling him I was having trouble. He then kicked me out of the discord and blocked me in the private message. So I thought that's wrong and went back to bikkex.com to try and sort it when I got back to the website and login I found that I was lock out of the dashboard and couldn't access my money. Then I new I had been scamed.. 

So I contacted my bank monzo which might help me get my money back as they are a master card. Iv spoke with them who has got to be the worst customer service provider in the world. As it talk with 6 different people past from piller to post and at the end of all the sh#t they told me that they wasn't going to help me 

So the burning question is this right can they do nothing.. and can I claim it back from them..

Yes, it's right they can do nothing. 

You bought bitcoin but then sent it to someone else. It's like buying a car and giving it away. It's not the bank's responsibility if you give your belongings away.

If you're without a job, stop investing, You won't double your money and you're going to need available funds.  If money is tight, head to the DFW boards for budgeting help.
