JSA Payment Delays?

Hi, I receive Jobseekers Allowance (Income Based) since before the pandemic after being moved from Jobseekers with Carers element.
Despite signing at my local Jobcentre and being told my money has gone through it has not been hitting my account for just over six weeks now, I am still attending Job Interviews and appointments and the DWP sent me an emergency payment which also failed to arrive, I phoned them and they told me the person signing me is forgetting to put the payment through, I also checked with my bank and they confirmed that no payments are being sent.
I have now complained and they have responded by telephone informing me that they have new Jobcentres opening to cope with demand in the payments system soon and that i might need to wait several more weeks until the payment system has been fixed as the benefits system is under a lot of strain right now and they have other priorities. The girl then put the phone down not giving me chance to respond.
Anybody heard of these delays because nobody i speak seems to be having this problem!

If i had received that phone call i would be shaking with anger, you should take this to your MP or Councillor because the answer given is not acceptable.
In my experience JSA was lower than Universal Credit without the covid top up so you should not be missing payments because they are to lazy to process them.Time Is The Enemy!1 -
