Are disneyland paris theme park tickets covered by cooling off period consumer rights?

3 days ago I bought 4 day 2 Park Disneyland Paris tickets on my credit card.
I've realised this morning that annual passes are cheaper by £50pp.
Disney have said the tickets are non refundable and the cooling off period doesn't count on leisure activities within a defined time frame (I can use these tickets anytime in the next year).
I can see that it doesn't apply to dated tickets and accommodation, but I can't find confirmation of this example specifically as the ticket is undated.
Worth chasing this up or should I just accept that I should have checked first?

I'd say you're out of luck - this paragraph in the exemption list within the regulations would cover it - 'the supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance'

You have a specific period of performance (within the next year).
Homework first, 'proceed to checkout' second! :)

Worth checking if the passes can be upgraded to annual passes, if you plan to visit again in the same 12 months.  Many theme parks, etc offer such a scheme. That way, at least you might get more value from the passes.
