I can't see anything in the T&Cs about needing to be a BT customer, so I assume it's open to everyone. Please note that only the Gold Prize includes overnight accomodation. 

Gold Prize: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is a play in two parts, to be experienced over two consecutive performances. Tickets valid for Wednesday and Friday performances, 20th October – 12th December, 2021. 5th January – 6th February 2022. Part One starts at 2pm and Part Two starts at 7pm on the same day. Seats will be the best available for the selected performance. An overnight stay at a Central London Edwardian hotel, subject to availability. Prize also includes two show merchandise bags, a free show programme and interval drinks for both intervals (wine, beer or a soft drink). Subject to availability, blackout dates apply, terms and conditions apply. No element of the competition prize can be exchanged or sold on.
