1. There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on 29/08/2021. The winner(s) will be notified by the Promoter by email within one week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
2. Competition winner is entitled to two (2) spots on Kenya Camping Safari (DKWA) only, departing prior to 15th December, 2022 and must be booked by 30th March, 2022.
3. Chosen departure date must already have four other full paying passengers confirmed on the tour to be eligible for this prize.
4. Prize cannot be changed for another trip.
5. Not valid for travel past 15th December 2022.
6. Not valid for travel or booking between 15 December, 2021 and 4 January, 2022.
7. This prize includes return economy flights for the winner valued up to £550 per person, departing from the nearest international airport to the winner as determined by the Sponsor, G Adventures.
8. Once any ticket has been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed.
9. Frequent flyer mileage accumulation, use of e-upgrade certificates, and stopovers are not permitted.
10. Prize flights and tour must be taken in one trip, and both require 30 days advance booking and are subject to availability.
11. Winner (and travel companions) must at least be 18 years of age or older in order to claim the prize and must be a resident of the country where the competition is held (United Kingdom).
12. Any add-ons chosen at the winner’s expense can only be paid in the currency of such a country (Pound sterling - GBP).
13. The winner and companion(s) are responsible for carrying valid photo IDs, passports, COVID-19 testing results, and any other required documentation, prior to departure.
14. This voucher excludes optional or additional services such as any airfare not expressly included in the itinerary or as part of the prize, transfers, visas, pre- or post-tour accommodation, “My Own Room” or “My Own Tent,” insurance, amendments, and all incidentals, meals, gratuities, taxes, fees, levies, and transportation not expressly included in the itinerary.
15. Redemption of prize: i) is subject to availability, ii) is valid on new bookings only, iii) may not be combined with any other offer or discount, iv) has no cash value, v) is not transferable, vi) is not eligible for “Lifetime Deposit” nor “Guaranteed Departure,” and vii) cannot be exchanged by the winner ix) is non-commissionable if booked by or through an agency.
16. Winner must contact G Adventures directly by phone and/or email and quote “Metro Prize Winner - Kenya Camping Safari” at time of booking, G Adventures must agree to the chosen departure dates and the prize may be substituted for a prize of comparable value by G Adventures’ in its sole discretion.
17. Passport, visa, and vaccination procurement and costs are the sole responsibility of the winner and travel companions.

19. Please note that mandatory medical insurance, at the cost of the winner and travel companions, is required for participation. No liability is accepted if the winner cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation. Travel insurance, including medical cover, is not provided as part of this prize.

21. Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use the name and/or likeness of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the winner's name and photograph on the Promoter’s websites. In addition, by submitting an entry and in consideration of the Promoter granting a right to enter the Promotion, entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any materials contained in the entry (including but not limited to text, images or video materials) (the “Materials”) worldwide and/or to incorporate the Materials in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Materials. By submitting Materials to the competition, an entrant:
    1. warrants that the Materials are its own original work and that it has the right to make them available for all the purposes specified above; that it does not infringe any law; that it is not obscene or libellous; and that it does not violate the rights of any third party;
    2. agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of a breach of the above warranty;
    3. agrees to waive any moral rights in the Materials for the purposes of its submission to, and publication by, the Promoter and the purposes specified above.
