Received letter from ‘Court Enforcement Services’ re an outstanding parking charge. I’ve up to now ignored every letter from UKPC Parking Control and ZZPS. Should I continue to ignore ??

Probably a debt collector letter then , with a fancy name to instil terror into victims , I doubt that it's been anywhere near a court !!1

I think Court Enforcement Services Ltd only take cases where Judgment has been made and then only if it is greater than £600.2

Zzps is mentioned as the client , nothing in there about a judgment , so IMHO it's a debt collector letter , possibly obfuscation by zzps2
