Received letter from ‘Court Enforcement Services’ re an outstanding parking charge. I’ve up to now ignored every letter from UKPC Parking Control and ZZPS. Should I continue to ignore ??

What does the letter say?  Are they following up on a CCJ that you have not paid?

No. Just Says they are instructed to assist with recovery of amount outstanding.

Probably a debt collector letter then , with a fancy name to instil terror into victims , I doubt that it's been anywhere near a court !!

Absolutely agree with @Redx.  I bet they don't include the judgment reference number do they?

I think Court Enforcement Services Ltd only take cases where Judgment has been made and then only if it is greater than £600.

In which case, if @KeithP is right (and he usually is), I would expect there is a reference to a court judgment.

Surely you didn't ignore a court claim form, or moved house and didn't tell them your address and missed a N1 claim?

Show us the letter as a Dropbox share link, covering your name and address.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Zzps is mentioned as the client , nothing in there about a judgment , so IMHO it's a debt collector letter , possibly obfuscation by zzps
