I loved my job and work hard but out of 4 temps I was only one not taken on a permanent contract , I asked why and they said I did not do enough ! I was shocked as all my colleagues who were given perm ones said I work harder then they did , I said go my section leader I can’t believe what you said I even help others when I finish my pallets , so I was really annoyed and I asked him when I was being laid off ( 12 weeks I ve worked ) gone past the 4 weeks mark and he said oh no we still want you to stay !!! I was fuming as I was contracted every sat but worked most Fridays and every Sunday nights to help them out , hence I got home at 4am and couldn’t sleep so I went sick with stress that’s how much it impacted me and then sent my weeks notice resignation in but I Ioved my job and did everything to please them I keep thinking why keep me if I’m not good enough
should I raise a grievance ?
should I raise a grievance ?
It’s made me feel worthless

Dust yourself off and get up quick, plenty more jobs out there.
There might no be much point in putting a grievance in now you've gone - quite possibly your incredibly supportive colleagues were just saying very nice things to make you feel better, when in reality your achieved targets officially were below them. You maybe more upsetting yourself it this turns out to the case.
Many, many years ago when I spent 6 months in warehouse picking, the personnel manager was pretty blunt with me, I didn't get a payrise like everyone else because I was the slowest. (knowing ironically I wasn't suited to the job they actually wanted me to either get a phone job or because a nurse so I always remember them).
Currently in a telesales role I personally track/tally my performance everyday, rather then wait for my Manager to do ought and was prepared to use it, going down the whole 'I don't think a colleague is warranted yet' route, for as long as I can. Just like me though getting the wrong end of the stick after seeing a desk arrive, turns out my boss only ordered a desk to stop my office being used as a makeshift store room! At one point I was imaging all kinds of terrible things before asking outright.

As a temp you have no rights as to whether you are offered a permanent position or not. Move on. There'll be another role for you elsewhere.0

Your post is a tad confusing.
You weren’t made permanent but say you sent in your resignation due to being off sick with stress
The two statements would seem to be at odds with each other or at least one would be a cause of the other
