SEISS grants and working tax credit review form

So,I'm self employed and receive working tax credit.
My annual review is in and presumably they'll want to know about the SEISS grants I received and also the grant from my local council but there doesn't appear to be anywhere on the online or paper form to put the figures.
I've tried phoning them but can't get beyond the menus and the web chat is never available.
Anyone suggest where I go from here ?

ADDED I finally got through on chat and if anyone else is in the same boat you need to add the grants to your self employed income
