Hi - I've not posed in this forum before, so hope this is ok to post!
My OH and I are wanting to go away to Bath for a very mini mini-break next weekend. Problems are its short notice, its nearly Christmas, neither of us know Bath very well and (obviously!) we're on a budget so was hoping some knowledgable money savers could help!
Basically, we're only staying one night so something for £100 (hopefully inc. breakfast) would be perfect but the main thing would be that it would be close to the tourist attractions and also to the train station (not sure how far that is from the tourist attractions). I have been looking on expedia and lastminute but they just don't give enough info on location.
Additionally, if anyone has any ideas for well priced restaurants that would be wonderful too, but my main concern is finding a place to stay.
Many thanks!

Stayed in the first 3 myself and would go back.
Right in the centre is Harringtons, a short taxi ride from the station and in the thick of things shops, roman baths, 10 mins to the royal crescent etc etc.

County hotel 10-15 minutes walk across poulyney bridge

Menzies waterside is a couple of minutes from the station, south of the river maybe 10-15 minutes walk to the centre.
Holiday Inn Express is a little further away but still walkable/short taxi ride.
