Not enough credit on Tesco credit card

My due statement which is due on 5th July is for £600 and my credit limit is £4000 and I have a bill to pay by 4pm today of £3600 which I want to pay on my Tesco credit card to get points.
If I pay the £600 today by bank transfer can I pay my £3600 bill today or have I left it too late?
I can of course pay some cash towards my bill but then I won't get Tesco points on it.

I depends on how quickly Tesco update your available credit. I know barclaycard take 2 hours and AmEx is normally update it instantly0

Tesco updated my payment instantly (available changes) although the actual balance may not update for a day or two.0
