Parking ticket after car was sold.

And you can't lose in court if you'd sold the car and were never involved in any of these parking incidents

Yes I am aware. Forget about the paperwork. If you sold the car and didn't park you are not liable. Simple.{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}0

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Too late for that, sadly. This OP needs proper advice on what to do. Maybe try Legal Beagles.nicestrawb said:Yes I am aware. Forget about the paperwork. If you sold the car and didn't park you are not liable. Simple.
These are PCNs that a bailiff is about to collect and Highways England cases don't go through the County Court.
These are live enforcements with a warrant and bailiffs will be coming knocking, so you need to hide your (other) car - no vehicle on the driveway or they can clamp it - and have your paperwork proof ready to show the bailiffs that you sold the car on xx date and that you've told Highways England this already. Proof.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh I see, sorry I didn't even notice these ones aren't even PCN's at all, they are toll charges. I guess you can expect many more since this is criminal behaviour and you really need the police involved asap as well (i.e. properly involved....). You need this person caught, didn't you mention you still have the contact on social media? You are going to have to dig through everything and present your case but the legal guys should be able to help as couon says.{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}1

Ok so I am a bit confused right now are they PCNs or not?0

The Marston ones look like toll charges for using Dartford crossing, so still a penalty charge but not for parking by the look of it. Did you never receive the original penalty charges?{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}1
