UKTV Drama on Smooth Network, May/June 2021 – Specific Rules.  

1. The UKTV Drama promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Wednesday 19th May 2021 – Tuesday 15th June 2021 on the Smooth Network.  

2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.  

 

Details of the Promotion:  

3. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at https://www.smoothradio.com/win/, register your details and submit an answer to the multiple-choice question provided.  

4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Wednesday 19th May 2021 and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 15th June 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.  

5. At each time and date listed below one correct and eligible entry will be selected from all entries received up to that time, to win the prize listed in point 12.

10:00 on Wednesday 2nd June 2021 

10:00 on Wednesday 9th June 2021 

10:00 on Wednesday 16th June 2021 

6. Additionally, one entry will be selected every day of the Promotion to win the prize listed in point 13. Sunday to Thursday winning entries will be randomly selected from all correct and eligible entries received up to 23:59 the day before selection, and Friday and Saturday winning entries will be randomly selected on the following Monday from all correct and eligible entries received up to 23:59 on those Friday and Saturdays. 

7. If you’ve won a prize during the Promotion you are not eligible to win a second prize. 

8. Winning entrants will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or telephone. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.  

9. We and the prize provider NDL may publish and publicise your name and your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.  

 

Eligibility:  

10. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.  

11. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.  

 

Prize:  

12. London Weekend Away and Tea At The Ritz. One winner selected at the times listed in point 5 (four in total) will receive:  

i. £100.00 travel allowance 

ii. 2 Nights’ accommodation in a centrally located 4 star hotel for two people Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning 

iii. Traditional Afternoon Tea for two at The Ritz. Includes:  

Sandwiches: Ham with Grain Mustard Mayonnaise on Brioche Bread, Cheddar Cheese with Chutney on Tomato Bread, Cucumber with Cream Cheese, Dill and Chives on Granary Bread, Breast of Chicken with Tarragon Creamed Mayonnaise, Scottish Smoked Salmon with Lemon Butter on Sourdough Bread, Egg Mayonnaise with Chopped Shallots and Watercress on Brioche Roll  

Scones and Pastries: Freshly Baked Raisin and Plain Scones, with Cornish Clotted Cream and Strawberry Preserve, Assortment of Seasonal Afternoon Tea Pastries and Cakes  

Teas: Selection of 18 tea flavours  

13. VIP Tea Hamper. A daily winner (28 in total) will recieve:  

i. 1x Afternoon Tea Hamper for two including:  

Savoury Selection: 2 x focaccia sandwich w/ Parma ham, pesto & mozzarella, 2 x artisan, seasonal frittata w/ roasted vegetables & feta cheese, 2 x gourmet harissa & fennel seed sausage roll

14. Delivery of the prize will be arranged by Global’s prize provider NDL. Global will securely pass on the contact details of winners to NDL.  

15. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.  

16. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
