The Nationwide Member Credit Card (All Rounder Offer) gives 0% on purchases for 15 months and worldwide commission-free purchases. Only available if you're a Nationwide member, though. (I'm not sure what the definition of "member" is, though. It certainly includes people with one of their cuirrent accounts. I assume that it'd also include people with either a savings account or a mortgage with them, but haven't checked.)
