I purchased a laptop from amazon.  Only 4 months old but developed faults with keyboard. Sent it back to seller who now say inadequatly packaged and they received it damaged. They are going to fix original problem but not damage. What rights do I have?

Well how did you package it?  Did you use the original box and packaging it came with?  Or did you just lob it in a cardboard box and traipse down to the post office with it rattling around in said box?
