life insurance question

Hello this may sound a silly question to some of you . My wife and myself moved house in 2019 we took out a new mortgage we also took out a life insurance policy to cover the mortgage in case of either of our deaths. When took out the policy we were both in good health, i have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure and consequently i am now taking tablets to help with this,
My question is am i now obliged to inform the insurance company about this or do i just carry on paying the premiums
thanks Mark

No.  You do not have to tell them about changes in health which occur  after the policy has started.

As above, you are not olibged to tell them anything.  Further to that, once your BP has been controlled for a while on the medication, more often than not, it wouldn't even affect the premiums if you did need to apply for new cover.
