Another DCBL query - Northern Ireland

Sorry to post this but having read the stickies I’m just looking a bit of reassurance re the situation regarding parking charges in Northern Ireland.
This relates to a Parking Charge incurred in 2015.
This relates to a Parking Charge incurred in 2015.
Initially my husband received a series of letters for various amounts and ignored them all per the advise on here at the time.
There was a long gap and since March 2021 he has received 3 DCBL letters with the latest received today being a Final Notice of Debt Recovery. The letter is requesting £160 and stating that failure to pay will mean they will recommend to their client the commencement of legal proceedings.
So sorry for asking but are we still right in thinking no legal action can be taken in Northern Ireland or should we now go ahead and pay it?

Ignore it in NI. Not much more to say. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

To be clear, this is only because you are in NI and there is no keeper liability there and parking firms are highly unlikely to try to sue you in NI.
For any newbie who is getting the same issues with a 2015 parking charge now getting a threat of court it is important to SLOWLY REPLY to DCBL (whichever version of DCBL, 'Recovery' or 'Legal')) to string the case out and time it out, past the 6 year post.
Also, a journalist who has spoken to me and who I can confirm is 100% genuine, has started a thread here that the OP and others may be interested in.
I can vouch for the bona fides of this new poster and they are hoping to publish an article about the latest batch of 2015 LBCs and also the sudden rush of Highview claims, where the Particulars of Claim have an untruth about keeper liability::

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
