recieved a parking ticket

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
we recieved a parkinig ticket and we were told we could not appeal as the time had elapsed 
We know we did not stay longer than the required time as we parked in a shopping center in Walsall how do we appeal thus ticket also they have not supplied any photo evidence to show tge time we were supposed to have left 
any advise

    Read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum

    Follow plan A , complain to the retailer or managing agent or landowner and get it cancelled ASAP
