CCA true copy 28 April 2021 at 4:37PM in Debt-free wannabe 5 replies 91 views

Hi, I requested a CCA for a loan with NatWest from moorcroft.  I have been sent a true copy.  How do I know if this is suffice for the debt to be enforceable?  This is my biggest debt at 7600 so am really keen to make progress.  Advice much appreciated.

They have included a statement of account.  But there are no signatures,either mine of bank representative.

It doesn't need a signature, but all other details should have been reconstituted to match the original, incllding your name and address at the time.

Thanks for your reply...is there anyone who I could go to to look at this true copy for me?  Really want to negotiate this debt as much as possible so any avenue I can take to reduce the debt.  Thanks

Yes my address is correct

As long as the name, address and financial details are correct, and the debt is from post 2007, then the paperwork is likely to be compliant.
