Informal appeal to council

Hello, 

So I received a parking ticket from my local council which I believe was unfair, I submitted an informal appeal on their websites portal and I'm still to receive a response. Was wondering if anyone knew how long they have to respond to to this? I sent the appeal off on the 13th November, 2020 after receiving the ticket on the 20th, October 2020.

    You would be better served posting this on the Pepipoo site as here we deal with private parking companies.  Pepipoo are the council experts.  When you sign up do not use a Hotmail address as the site (for some reason) does not like them.

    Six months I think but check you haven't got your car registered to an old address and that a NTO hasn't been posted out that you missed.
