I am considering Samsumg A72 for size of screen & camera. 

I trying to gauge idea how much others paid for this phone. Contract,  Sim only ect. 

Have you happy with the performance of the A72?

I am going through very very difficult times. Trying to keep phone cost of a phone as low possible.

If you want to save over £100 and want a Samsung Galaxy, why not go for an A71? Not "obsolete" by any stretch of the imagination.

Same size and type of screen etc.. Mine recently updated to Android 11 too.

I'm finding it difficult to understand how you are trying to keep the phone costs down with a Galaxy A72 at around £400.

Granted it's cheaper than the S20/21 but in what way is it worth £400 .

Plenty of phones around that do vitrually everything that the Samsung does for less than half the price.
