Widening a dormer conversion

Hi all,
We've got a dormer conversion in our house, its quite a small conversion and they could've gone wider with the walls and put an en suite in. The en suite would be right above the main bathroom so hopefully makes things simpler from a plumbing perspective (the boiler is against the wall we'd want to push back so would need to move that too).
All the main works have already been done regarding the access. So all we're looking to do is strip out the existing one, make it a bit wider and install an en suite with shower. What do you think would be a typical cost of something like that? I'm looking at replacing all the windows anyway so don't need to factor that into the cost.
In short, I assume the following needs doing:
Strip out existing conversion walls
Cut out roof tiles to extend into
Install new walls and roof
Move boiler (only moving it back about 50cm)
Install toilet, sink and shower
New carpet (vinyl for en suite)
Thanks in advance!

probably the same cost as installing a new dormer conversion, plus the cost of taking down the existing dormer conversion0

There may be planning restrictions on the width of the dormer, generally 2/3rds or 3/4 the width of the roof, I can't remember exactly as it was years ago when I looked into it.1

It shouldn't be anywhere near as expensive as that. Much of the roof modification has already been done and one existing end plus much of the roof construction should remain in place.
