Getting hold of a copy of "Transfer dated xxxx"

We are purchasing a property consisting of 5 titles, One for the dwelling, which has an address, and four for fields around it which only have title numbers. One of the "Register of titles" (numbered only) refers to, but doesn't have details of a clause that has to be complied with in the "Transfer dated xxxx". This hasn't been provided in the pack up and is now the main cause of delays.
Can I, and if so how, get a copy of this "Transfer"?

Ask the land registry for a copy of it, or instruct your solicitor to do so.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

How long ago was xxxx?
If it's pre-LR, and there's no copy on LR's file, then it's almost certainly simply been lost to time. Somebody might, theoretically, turn up waving a copy and claiming you've breached that covenant... but it's unlikely.
If you're worried (or if your mortgage lender is) then a cheap indemnity will sooth the furrowed brows.
We have this same situation with one corner of our plot - an 18th century map shows multiple properties here, with one (there's still a fragment of wall visible) in a corner which is still shaded differently on our LR title. There's a covenant referred to which has been lost. I'm really not worried.0
