Avro energy

Hi,
i recently moved 6 weeks  into property where avro is the energy supplier. I have emailed my avro with the meter readings and filled out their application form last week but have not received any emails from them. I have tried to phone them yesterday but gave up after 20 minutes on hold.
i tried ringing them this afternoon but still kept holding on. I really want to start paying for the energy used
Why are they so useless at answering phones?

Why are they so useless at answering phones?

As far as I'm aware Avro are not answering their phones and they are not prompt at answering emails either at the present time. Their customer service seems to have declined since the pandemic started.

Avro CS is diabolical at the moment. Takes 10 days for a reply to an email.
