Avro energy
Hi,
i recently moved 6 weeks into property where avro is the energy supplier. I have emailed my avro with the meter readings and filled out their application form last week but have not received any emails from them. I have tried to phone them yesterday but gave up after 20 minutes on hold.
i tried ringing them this afternoon but still kept holding on. I really want to start paying for the energy used
Why are they so useless at answering phones?

Avro CS is diabolical at the moment. Takes 10 days for a reply to an email.Be happy, it's the greatest wealth0
