I'm so keen to discover what an "underground pet facility" is, that in non-Covid times I would be tempted to view the house just to find out - I'm wondering if it's just the EA trying to put a positive spin on a mole infestation?
Whatever it is there isn't a clue in any of the photo's.

'Structure' ?? In certain areas of the country that'd be marketed as a 4 bed detached annex.

Really intrigued now - is it a zoo ? a breeding centre ? an abattoir ?
