Premier parking solitions
Hi I have received a couple of letters from PPS with with parking charge notice now I have received a letter from BW legal, specialist in legal recoveries, asking to pay £160. Is this a scam or are they a legit company and can they enforce legal action. Or can I just ignore the legal letters and notices? Thank you In advance.

They are both legitimate companies. Sounds like the parking sold your debt to BW Legal, who are solicitors who specialise in this. Get in contact with them before the CCJ.0

Post over on the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking forum. Whilst waiting for replies have a read of the "newbies" sticky.

And make sure you read the newbies threads etc before contacting them and admitting you were the driver at the time.0
