dcbl- notice if debt recovery for unoaid charge from 2019

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
I received a parking ticket from Highview parking for overstaying in car park in December 2019.
I appealed against the charge, as i vould not leave the carpark due to congestion of Christmas shoppers. after 20 me n in que. re parked car & walked home & collected car later.
i explained this & asked them to check the CCTV footage.
They declined my appeal.
What should I do now ?

    Ignore it, it's a debt collector letter from DCB Limited. Come back if you get a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal. 

    What have you done in terms of complaining to the landowner?  They can help, especially if you were shopping there during the festive frenzy which caused your delay in exiting their car park.

    They do not have cctv.  They have a pretty, which is NOT the same.
