You only need one (satisfactory) offer. 73 unsatisfactory offers are of no interest.1

I’m on the other side. Going to view a house tomorrow and there’s 10 other viewers, seems like a waste of an hour!2

I had around thirty viewers and five people bidding.1

A few weeks ago we had 11 viewings booked in on one day and two asking price offers. So don't give up hope!1

Ad went live on rightmove on the Monday, and the viewings were booked in half hour blocks for the Saturday, we did them ourselves. It was an epic day 😆 We know there were at least 2 people who couldn't book a viewing as well, one managed to view though because of a cancellation and the other stopped by on the off chance - they offered but their house wasn't yet on the market so we accepted the other oneAlly_E. said:

I hear you. I viewed a house the day after it was put on Rightmove. I'm so keen on it and will be putting in an offer, but was disheartened to learn they had 7 viewings in 2 days and more booked for this weekend. It's definitely a seller's market. However, some of those 10 viewings on yours might just be going with no intention of buying the property, and for some, it may not be what they're looking for so don't lose all hope just yet!Capri84 said:I’m on the other side. When selling my father's house it took over 50 viewings over 10 months (and a reduction of £65K) before selling.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

It really depends on the market - and your price point.0
