Hi. I've received another letter from BW Legal now saying pay or go to court. Now with all court costs there too. Has anyone encountered any of these threats please?

Continue on your first thread.  Encountered all the time.  Whether they will, have to wait and see.
Would they win ...... not with the help of this forum.

If you lost, total would be £200 including the parking ticket ... that's it.  When you win, most do, you can claim around £95 against them.
CHOICES .... pay them £160 which includes the fake £60 or have fun with them in court, it will only cost you about £40 more if you lost or you could pick up a costs of £95.

I know what I would do ?   go to court and let the judge be their demon.

To answer your question above , yes , hundreds or thousands have encountered these , more occur on a daily basis , especially since the pandemic started
