Hi,

Just done an on-line credit search because of new job and have a CCJ from 2017. But the ticket is 2 days after I moved out of London to Lancashire. I have e-mails from landlord and myself on when we would be out of the flat. I also have e-mails to the council cancelling my parking permits outside my old address explaining that I was moving. The registration of vehicle is unknown to me or the PCN number so don't know what to do? HELP....

Tried going on Civil Enforcement website but I have to know the number of the ticket , before I can appeal or pay (not)

I got several ID number and registration of vehicle from County Court Business Centre but having no luck in what I can do next???

Please, I can not get this job without sorting this out and the payment has gone to £352, it has left me stressed and ill wit

  • If the vehicle isn't yours then you need to start the process of disputing it. That said, given it's a parking ticket related thing, might want to head to the parking ticket board for help on fighting this.

No advice on the CCJ... best to head to the parking board now to get advice.
You might as well know that it’s probably going to take a long to to sort out and you should let your employer know that straight away... and provide them the evidence you have so far that this a parking issue and nothing more serious.

Email a SAR to the DPO at CEL to obtain all your data

Contact the CCBC in Northampton for details about the CCJ unless done already as you said above

Read the Newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum for advice on setting aside a CCJ , for £100 or more likely for £255 , also reading other CEL set aside threads on this forum

You need to act fast but as resolution will not be quick , because you must initiate and pay for a set aside , ASAP

As you started on the wrong forum board, you've missed that the NEWBIES thread, a sticky at the top of this sub-board, has a section about how to set aside a parking CCJ and it DOES NOT NOT NOT involve paying CEL.  Paying them now doesn't remove the CCJ and if you ring them, they will lead you up the garden path.

Read the CCJ set aside section of the sticky thread - you can do control & f on a keyboard when on the NEWBIES sticky, to find that section in a nano second.  We do this all the time, these are pretty much always set aside when people have moved, and this has nothing to do with the Council.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top of this/any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

    As above
You will be learning all about the Civil Procedure Rules at section 13.2 and 13.3, which are the two grounds you can use to apply for a set aside
As this is a vehicle you have never owner, kept or driven and no claim form was ever served on you, due to moving dates, you have two reasons for set aside already
THe words in bold are key there. They tell someone you have zero legal connection to the vehicle. All three are different.
