Credit card settled cruise cancellation on S75 -Now travel agent is offering my refund- Procedure?

Hi,
Our cruise was cancelled last year of course, the cruise company went bust.
I contacted the travel agency we had booked with, who basically stonewalled me. They said as the cruise line had gone into administration, I would have to apply to ABTA for my refund.
So ... I submitted a claim to ABTA. Their response was that it could take up to 12 months to process the claim, because of the volume of claims they had.
So ... I submitted a section 75 claim to my credit card company. They did a charge back for the deposit I had paid on my card, and then 2 months later paid me the balance I had paid on a bank transfer, in accordance with section 75.
In the last week, the travel agency have now contacted me, asking for my bank details so they can pay me my refund !!! So I'm confused. If they do refund me, do I then contact the credit card company to pay them back the section 75 payment they made to me ??

I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say.
