Asda parking ticket from 2017

I've received an Asda parking ticket from November 2017, there is no photographic evidence of me exceeding the maximum parking time, it just states that i need to pay £140
I had moved house between 2017 and now and the letter stated they could not locate me, despite my mail being redirected, they had to track me down , but none of it makes sense to why i have been issued a ticket.
What shoukd i do?
Is there an expiry time for a parking ticket, especially if i wasn't even aware of it.

Who issued the parking ticket?
Have the scammers contacted you or is it a letter from a powerless debt collector?
What happened when the keeper complained to the store manager and/or CEO, or the landowner?
There is no expiry time for an alleged debt, but the scammers can't begin a court claim after six years in England or Wales. An alleged debt expires after five years in Scotland.I married my cousin. This could either be Smart Parking before they lost the Asda contract, or part of a batch of ones from retail parks by the likes of CP Plus.
Could even be the Lion Retail Park in Woking like this one (read other threads before posting, it will help you and us):
