UKCP Parking Fine - Manchester Picadilly

Hi All,
Like a few on here I received an infringement notice for stopping in the no standing zone at Piccadilly near the train station.
The incident occurred on the 13th of November 2019 with the first notification received from UKCPS on the 10th of December showing me a photo of the car stopped in the zone. Following the advise on the forum, I used the response template to dispute the claim but confirmed that I was the keeper of the vehicle which was met with the standard response from UKCPS. Since then I've received the following letters:
01/05/2020 - Final Notice from UKCPS
20/05/2020 - Debt recovery plus letter
11/06/2020 - Debt recovery plus letter
04/08/2020 - Debt recovery plus letter - Final settlement offer to avoid court action
08/02/2021 - CST LAW - Unpaid Debt - Reminder Notice
I've just been ignoring the letters hoping that it would go away and thought it was done since I hadn't heard from them since August but alas, a new letter arrived this month from CST LAW advising that they've been instructed by Debt Recovery Plus in relation to the debt of £160.00.
My situation is changing this week and I need some advise on how to play this. I'm moving overseas back to Australia so won't be in a position to manage this moving forward so looking for advise on what I should do here. Any assistance or advise is greatly appreciate to help me clear this off my conscious and my plate of million things to do.

Is this permanent? If so you just give them your Aus address and boom, they cant chase you as you are outside of the reach of ther UK courts, and they cannot possibly enforce judgment on you anyway
This isnt an optional thing. If you are moving you MUST inform them of your new address, or risk a default CCJ (which may or may not affect you, we dont know)2 -
Nothing will alter matters except full payment , which we do not recommend at all
There is a group thread on here where everyone else with similar tickets are involved
No easy answers , but moving abroad for 6 years of more means it has no effect on you1 -

Ensure they have your address. Tell them the move is permanent
If they wabt to file against you it will cost them £000s2 -
As above , give the DPO at ukcps your Australian address for service of papers , they will change it but won't bother escalating it1

1) trhis is my sole address for service
2) you are instructed to update your records, and those of your agents
3) you must erase my old address
4) this notificaiton will be used as evidence should you fail to maintain your records appropriately.
