Parking charge notice

I bought my learner car on the 1 of December 2020 2months after I got a pcn from the post for a ticket issued on the 6 of December 2020 which I payed two weeks later I got another pcn from the post for a ticket issued on the 2 of December 2020. I contacted the housing for a parking permit n I told them about the tickets they told me not to pay this current ticket and that they will look into it to see if they can return my money for the first ticket I paid already two weeks later I receive a letter from a debt collector with an extra fine of £70. I’m still trying to sort that out with the housing today  I got the third pcn from the post for a ticket issued  12 of December 2020. I currently do have a parking permit. I don’t know if there’s another ticket coming should I ignore the tickets since it coming 2months after it was issued?

    Hello and welcome.

    Who is the parking company?

Where you parked, is this council property?

Please read the newbies.  Private Parking Tickets are a complicated scam and they do take people to court so read it several times until the process is clear to you.  Please also complain to your MP.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Hello thanks for the replies.
All parking services UK Ltd and it’s a private residential parking by the housing association in the flat I live.

BPA members. I may be wrong, but I suspect this is a self ticketing operation and one of your neighbours is being paid to issue the scamvoices. They offer up to £30 per ticket according to their website.
It looks like a one man outfit and their assets reduced from 20k in 2019 to £46, yes, forty six pounds in January 2020.

What does your lease/AST say about parking, parking scammers, scamvoices, paying scammers, and court claims? What it doesn't say is just as important.

What happened when you complained to the landowner/Management Association?

Appeal as per the template in blue text you will find in the sticky thread for NEWBIES. Do not pay these unregulated scammers.

You also got a 3rd PCN.  You should never have paid the first one, the parking firm have you down as a mug who pays them.  Kick up a real angry stink with the Housing Association who can cancel these with one phone call (they really can).

If your 3rd ticket is still in time to appeal, use the template appeal you already saw here, when you read 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
