Cavity Drainage System

Just after some educated guesses on costs for a cavity drainage system for my cellar. We're due some inheritance money in a couple of months, so starting to look round for options.
Our cellar has 3 to 4 inches of groundwater in it. We've lived here for 25 years and it was always a bit damp in winter, but then 2 years ago, the water appeared in our cellar and next door. We've both tried pumping it out and it comes back. The water is clean but not chlorinated, and no leaks anywhere, no issues with water pressure. Water board tried dye testing, but basically said it's not their water. Hence, my conclusion is that it's ground water.
The cellar is a typical through mid-terrace type cellar, about 3 metres by 4 metres, to the back of the house only. We weren't too bothered about the water but we are starting to see signs of mould down there, and I'm slightly worried the kitchen joists may be affected. Last time our electric meter was read, the guy said there were houses with deeper water than mine not far away. We're also wanting to get the consumer unit changed up, and thought we should do this first. There's one small air brick. We might also look to move house next year depending on a few things, so we're thinking get it done right, now.
I am thinking if a CDS is the solution. I did think about digging a hole and putting a sump pump in myself but decided it's not really in my skillset. Anyway, if anyone has any idea on rough cost, or has had a better solution previously, please respond. Thanks.

A cavity system usually still needs a sump to remove the water, so a deep enough pit with a pump in would be the cheapest option. My neighbour had one and it ran for years. Put in a dehumidifier that drains into the sump and it should solve the mould problem as well.
