As we see, DCBL are winning against BWLegal in the war of unreliable claims.
That does not mean that either has a winning formula but it does seem that parking scammers are so fickle that they dump one legal for another ... fingers crossed one will work.???

One must assume that they are so disappointed with BWLegal that they dumped them, VCS is a good example, Will DCBL do any better ? well they are a copycat of BWLegal so NO

But, no doubt, DCBL have pushed BWLegal into second place with fake claims.
