Anyone ITK re kitchen worktops ?

Howdens v Homebase (Laminate)
Howdens version is called - " Black Mirror Chip " £205 + VAT for 3m length ( 38mm Square Edged )
Homebase version is called "Caviar"   - £145 per 3m length.
Are they all made in the same factory ?
Its just over £200 saving going the Homebase route, but i would gladly pay the extra if it is justified ?

One tick for Howdens is that they are very local, so swapping a faulty/damaged product would be easier....
