EasyJet help - travel voucher for cancelled flight

I booked flights via credit card last year for my hen do. Flights were cancelled due to lockdown and I got a flight voucher (should have got a refund, didn’t realise I could get one at that point). I rebooked the flights using part of the flight voucher. I am trying to cancel the flights (flights time have been rescheduled) but they are saying they can now only give me a flight voucher and I am not entitled to a card refund as I used the flight voucher. They said they only refund like for like. Does anyone know my rights on this - am I still entitled to a cash refund if I used a flight voucher? I am pregnant and so will not a flight voucher in the next 12 months and so will lose hundreds of pounds Also does anyone know a way I can contact someone higher up in easyJet - I keep asking to speak to a manager and get the same generic response back. Thanks for your time. Katie

If the airline cancels flights then they're obliged to refund in cash if that's what you want, although will usually try to fob travellers off with the like for like argument - see this recent discussion on this point:
