With the agreement of the benefited party, yes.1

Thank you.Along the right of way is a boundary wall between owner and neighbour. Neither owner or the neighbour have any details on ownership or responsibility- by discussion, TPs RP, etc. Does the neighbour have a right to move part of the wall? Will the easement on the RP detail what kind if ROW is in place?Thank you.0

He cannot move it onto your or someone else's land.Whether he can move it onto his own land depends on whether he owns the bricks/stone and morter.By 'RP' you mean Registered Plan? No. Plans are a map. Any highlighted or coloured areas will normally be described in the Title documet itself, which may or may not provide details of the ROW.1

Terminating a ROW and moving a boundary wall are separate issues. Explaining whats going on would help.Try to avoid vague abbreviations, " TPs RP, etc.", we can only guess what these are.

Sorry for being vague. Thanks all, for the replies.Neighbour says they know nothing about the wall or when it was built. It's not mentioned on the title plan or register plan.0

As explained already, walls are not 'mentioned' on Plans. And it's very unclear what distinction you are making between the title plan and register plan. Since these are the same thing, are you really looking at two different plans? Is your concern that you do not want the wall moved? If so, and since the "Neighbour says they know nothing about the wall or when it was built" why not caim ownership of it and deny the neighbour permission to move it?

'why not caim ownership of it and deny the neighbour permission to move it?'How would one do that?0

"Dear Mr neighbour,I understand you are planning to move my wall at /between (location).I regret to advise you that for various reasos I do not consent to my wall being moved.[optionally add:] I would be happy to discuss this (over tea and cake?) at some time if you'd like, to see if there is an alternative arrangement that might meet your intentions.Yours sincerely,Jo Squin.1
