EON Website
Hello, can anyone tell me why we cannot as customers log into the EON website, I keep getting told by the EON customer service representatives that they are carrying out maintenance issues, but this has been going on for weeks. The EON website is not upto to date with information either. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue and perhaps enlighten me about why the EON website is down for this long. Surely in this day and age, it can't take so long to fix. Please advise, thank you.

I've been logging in daily for the last eight days, from giving readings to getting bill (and I've just done it again).
Maybe try clearing cookies from your web browser(s).I'm writing a book on plagiarism. It wasn't my idea.0 -

I've been accessing the EON website for years using the same computer and IP address, but in the last few days I've been getting "Error 1020 Access denied". I've tried eMailing but to no avail, either no reply or eMail address no longer in use.0

I used to be an E.on customer but they were so useless and messed up my account so badly that I left after 12 months and they ended up paying me £85 compensation. That's my experience of E.on.
