Shell deal for broadband and phone but not needing a new landline number

Hi, hoping somebody can try and help.  I've emailed the Contact Us for this site and received a reply to  try the Forum, so here I am:)
My sister is moving house on 15 Feb, only received confirmation today.
Current provider is TalkTalk and the provider for the new house is BT.
My sister would like to take out the Shell deal with unlimited calls too, but needs to keep her original phone number.
We have tried to access the deal via this site but when it takes you to Shell, you are asked if you need an engineer, which I don't think is needed (but I'm unsure).  Part of the info for Shell deal is that you are given a new landline phone number, which my sister doesn't need.
Is there any way that the deal from this site can be done, keeping the original phone number?  My sister has phoned Shell 3 times and they had advised to contact this site, which we emailed and now asking for advice on the Forum.  Shell cannot offer the same deal directly, only via this site.
Any help/advice would be great please....thanks in advance:)

Is she moving within the same exchange area, ie is it even possible to retain the number at the new address? If so, then I think you may find it complicates things to start a new contract with a new supplier at a new address, and do a number port from a different address. One option would be to stick with the current provider and see if they can do it all, or consider porting the number themselves into a SIP provider and use that instead of the traditional PSTN service.

OP is she out of contract at current address ?
If not she will need to pay off the balance of the contract .
May be easier to get TT to transfer to new address .

(the provider for the new house is BT)

What does that  mean ?? New as in new build and BT FTTP or old house and current owner used BT ?
