Very apposite reminder as the forum does overheat from time to time - especially when red (wine) mist descends!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I think in this industry, it comes to us already bubble wrapped. Inside the bubble are lies, intimidation and misleading information. It's not just one person, this bubble wrap is sent to countless thousands

It is unlikely that a law firm representing PPCs would sue a contributor for libel here,  Trustpilot is another matter.

I left an excoriating review of a locksmith on Trust\pilot, the firm complained to  TP but I was given the benefit of the doubt and my review was published.

Well you don't seem to be alone with your views on this lot, it amazes me how much people will pay for something when a little research takes minutes, but these emergency repair firms have you cornered.
I don't think I would leave a review on a solicitors though it's asking for trouble.

That firm was exposed by the BBC, just as parking companies are exposed by the BBC.
