Online purchase never arrived - manufacturer claims they delivered - forged signature

On the 26th of November I ordered a shed and a greenhouse online.  Up to 8 weeks delivery from the manufaturers, which was fine by me.  On the 12th of Dec, the shed arrived, I asked the delivery guy if the greenhouse was there too, he said he just had the shed and that was all.  I contacted the website on the 19th of Dec and they replied on the 21st of Dec stating that it had a 8 week delivery time and I would be contacted soon by manufacturer.  So I waited and emailed yesterday (31st of Jan) and said it is now over 9 weeks and no greenhouse.  Today they say they'll look into it and then replied later stating that the manufacturer claims that both items were delivered at same time and signed for... by me.  They sent a scan of the receipt, not even my signature, completely forged.  Now I have no greenhouse.  So far I have just replied back to website stating, I never got a greenhouse, and that was not my signature on the receipt.  Any advice?

When you signed for the shed, did you get a copy of the delivery note, and did you keep it? If so, you might have evidence that you only took delivery of the shed. You should also have a look at this advice: Solve an ongoing consumer problem with a business seller - Citizens Advice

I dont remember signing anything, nor get a copy of anything.  That didnt surprise me to much at the time cause of social distancing and lockdown.

It's all to easy to see that with hindsight we should check deliveries much more carefully than we do, but who imagines that someone will steal a greenhouse!
