Company refuses refubd

Hi all,
We had a deposit down on a villa with Emma Villas for August 2020. We were offered a voucher for the deposit amount to use this year (2nd option was to pay the full amount and hope for the best...). I went back to Emma Villas recently to look at what was available for this summer but since found they have put their prices up so much, it is out of our budget. I contacted them to ask if a refund can be given now but they still said no.
Is there anything else I can do? As they have changed their deals and made it impossible for us to go?
TIA

No. You'll need to pay any price difference in force at the time.0

You opted to roll over the deposit only, as a consequence the deposit is now lost.0

Sadly many companies seem to have done this - issue vouchers, and then increase their prices accordingly. Wasn't there one site that had different prices if using vouchers (that basically made them worthless?)Peter
Debt free - finally finished paying off £20k + Interest.0
