New washing machine, seems to be near silent, is this normal? Also toilet seat query.

    The machine will let you open the door to add things in etc if the water level inside is low.
    My Bosch does that by saying yes on readout if not then I cannot open.

    Exactly. My water level is always below (not sure about rinsing cycle)
    The OP said that they couldn't even see the water.
