Premier park parking fine

I have received a PCN from premier parking for not displaying a valid parking ticket,
I had purchased a ticket but unfortunately when shutting the van door the wind has blown it over, showing the back side of the ticket purchased. 

Although i agree with the fact that i hadn't displayed a valid parking ticket, the machine in this car park requires you to put your number plate into the machine and this is clearly displayed on the purchased ticket, therefore proving that i have paid for the car parking time correctly.   

I have appealed this to premier park and they have refused the appeal 

I have then appealed this to Popla and they have refused the appeal

I am finding this hard to swallow as this is a simple mistake over someone trying to not pay for parking, the fact that my valid ticket shows the correct number plate and time is just an added insult 

Is there any further appeals that i can make or has anyone else had similar circumstances and appealed through the courts and won?

Or do you think that Premier park will even attempt o take this further and win due to the circumstances

Court is the ultimate decider , within 6 years

Yes it's likely that PP will take it to Court , where a judge will decide

Fluttering ticket cases are WON in court by Defendants usually, so see it through to the end (no risk, see NEWBIES thread post #2.  Come back if you get a court claim.  Keep all the letters, everything, and get a copy of the POPLA evidence pack from POPLA if you can't see their evidence photos they sent to POPLA any more - get that NOW from POPLA, in readiness.

Typical double standard scam these Muppets get up to, had the driver made a slight mistake with the vrn and displayed the ticket correctly he would have got a ticket, putting the correct vrn in and not displaying the ticket you still get a PCN.

In fact the correct fee was paid the land owner got their advertised fee no problem. But the scamming PPC who enter into a no fee contract with a landowner for PCN only revenue are always going to try it on and not give in easily, until that system is outlawed it will carry on, the only way to sort this one out now is with a judge.
