Hi.
Covid permitting we aim to go to France this year (late  May 2021) from the UK via ferry with a caravan in tow. The caravan has a couple of calor gas bottles on board. Anyway, apparently there is a rumour flying about that Calor Gas bottles which are tested in the UK may no longer have pan European acceptance. By that I mean they will not be allowed to be brought into Europe. Can anyone tell me if this is rubbish or not?
Help is appreciated.

Neither of the caravan clubs are saying that, although everyone is still scrambling to catch up. You will need a physical green card from your car insurer, for your caravan. That appears to mean a green card for the car and a separate one for the caravan.

We generally go in late August, but haven’t booked so far this year. It’s going to be a lot of hassle not being able to take a lot of fresh produce and food. A particular concern for us is dog food. We usually take a 15kg bag of food which lasts us the whole visit.
