Travel rights to UK under current restrictions

My Brazilian fiancée finally received her fiancée visa in December, after a full year apart because of Covid. Just a couple of weeks after she quit her job in Brazil and bought her flight to UK, the government announced the travel ban on Brazil. I have contacted the Coronavirus Immigration Helpline to clarify whether she is still allowed to enter the UK to marry me but they only respond with generic emails with links - utterly useless 'service'.
I have found the following information online:
https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/brazil
From 1 January onwards people with residence rights include: holders of Indefinite Leave to Remain; holders of existing leave to enter or remain (i.e those with biometric Residence permits) or an entry clearance/visa that grants such leave e.g. students, workers, etc (excluding visit visas)
If I am reading this right, I believe it means she can still enter the UK with her fiancée visa, as the visa says "Entry clearance". Anyone with better knowledge of laws could confirm please?
We have been apart for a full year and I'm a bit anxious about the idea of having to wait for another half year.

that refers to normal entry requirement from 1jANUARY.
The Ban on entry from  Brazil was made on 4January. The only people who can enter are
British and Irish citizens and foreign nationals with residence rights are still allowed to return - but must isolate for 10 days.
I don't think a Fiance  visa  gives residence rights.

I also checked the information for South Africa, which was banned in December, and contains the same paragraph about residence rights from 1st January, so I don't think (and hope) that the fact that the ban was impossed in January changes that. Thank you for your response.
